Every transaction has unique risks, unique motivations and unique criteria to satisfy. Our goal is to find practical insurance solutions to assure that all parties to the transaction are appropriately protected within the parameters of the transaction.

Work with relevant parties to the transaction - lender, owner, risk manager, insurance broker/agent, etc. - to set insurance requirements that address the particular risks at each subject property and, in the case of construction loans, also work with contractors, architects, engineers and other construction-related parties to assure adequate protection for all parties to the project.

Coordinate with relevant parties, including counsel, to review, revise and draft legal documents - loan agreements, construction agreements, condominium declarations and bylaws, management agreements, leases, etc. - to align with the insurance exposure for a given property and the insurance criteria for the transaction.

Review and make recommendations to bring insurance programs into compliance with requirements for the secondary loan market or any regulatory requirements, including FDIC-mandated flood insurance compliance.

Obtain proof of insurance coverage according to the requirements of the client and any other relevant parties.

Assist ownership/equity to assess and manage risk for individual properties or projects, or for a portfolio of owned assets.

Research and monitor developing issues in the industry and ensure clients have access to the most accurate, relevant information.
